We have a minimum sales threshold in order to maximize your organization’s payout. There is a cost to our operation that we need to cover. As long as you have sales that are equal to 10% of your organization’s member count, we can cover our expenses. From that point forward, we can payout more to your organization.

Unfortunately, we would still need to cover our expenses. If sales are less than 10% of membership/students/participant count, we can only payout 80% of the total earned. This money covers card fees, labor costs associated with the program, and maintenance of your organization’s sales page. Your organization will still receive a payout for their efforts. We do work very hard to ensure that your organization meets the threshold to maximize the payout.

Once the event has closed you can expect to receive the organizations payout within 15 business days.

We issue a digital code in the form of a prepaid “gift” voucher by email. Once someone scans the QR code or clicks the link for your organization, they will submit some information (name, email address, address, and telephone number) and make a payment. Your sale is logged and the leaderboard will be updated at the end of the day.

Yes. Since we deliver the codes in the form of a “gift voucher,” the purchaser may use them theirself or give them to whomever they choose.

No, we are not able to issue a refund for the digital code. If a person wants to make a “money only” donation, we will provide the purchaser in an option prior to buying a voucher.

We can reissue the voucher to the original purchaser only, and only as long as the voucher has not aleady been redeemed.

Once the purchasers have their code, the codes can be redeemed at our River Oaks/Fort Worth facility or online. Redemption instructions will also be included on the voucher.

Technically, the state limits the validation of a voucher to five years. As far as we are concerned, the voucher is good for five years from the date of purchase. However, there is a small maintenance fee assessed annually after the 1st year ($5 or 5% of the purchase price, whichever is less).
